Prices All prices are per bike and based on a minimum of 6 bikes being booked for the same location, Single trips will be priced accordingly. Collection points/drop off points We reserve the right to charge a small fee to collect bikes over 250 miles from our location near Ringwood, Hampshire. We calculate our prices based on our vehicles carrying a certain number of bikes, therefore all prices as quoted are per single space in our vehicle. In some instances large motorcycles can take up more space, and will be subject to a surcharge i.e. Goldwings, Harley's and larger tourers. Payment A deposit of £100 will be required upon confirmation of booking. All journeys must be paid in full within 60 days of departure date. Payment can be by cash, cheque and guarantee card or pay pal. Unfortunately pay pal transactions will incur a 3.4% surcharge. Cancellation £25 fee for notification received within 30 day prior to departure date. 50% of total cost for notification received less than 30 days prior to departure date. Motorbike Transport will waiver the cancellation fee if the customer or Motorbike Transport are able to fill the vacant space. We reserve the right to reschedule/cancel your booking under circumstances which are beyond our control, keeping you the customer fully informed at all times. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will make a full refund of all monies that you have paid to Motorbike Transport. We will not be held liable for any additional costs or losses incurred, this includes, but is not limited to, the cost of airline tickets and hotel reservations. |
